Duties and responsibilities - Managing a busy and diverse caseload of a range of Private Client matters, including the preparation of complex wills, the administration of high value estates and all manner of trusts. - You will be joining a highly experienced and close-knit team with two Partners who are highly recognised for their Private Client work and are keen to expand with another Solicitor to the department. - The firm truly pride themselves on providing top-tier standards of legal services and client care and are looking for someone to work in line with this ethos and mindset. - You will be fully supported in your learning and development and our client will support you in studying STEP if this is of interest. The ideal candidate: - You will have experience of handling a mixed caseload of Private Client matters with 1 to around 4 years post qualification. - The ability to work to deadlines in this role is essential and so you must be able to organise and prioritise your work effectively. - You will be a confident communicator with capabilities in managing client expectations on wide ranging needs. - Open discussion around the possibility of flexible working, part time hours and working from home.
