Join the team at City Wide Facility Solutions as a Facility Solutions Manager and take charge of managing and enhancing relationships with our clients!

What You’ll Do:
* Foster and manage outstanding client relationships through retention and expansion of our facility solutions.
* Develop and implement effective service strategies and schedules that cater to your clients’ unique needs.
* Supervise night operations and ensure that our contractors exceed quality standards and compliance.
* Address client inquiries promptly and leverage your strong communication skills to resolve issues effectively.
* Utilize our CRM system to track performance, manage inspections, and add extra services as necessary.

What We’re Looking For:
* 3-5 years of experience in sales and account management, ideally in building maintenance or facility management.
* A proven track record of client retention and satisfaction, with metrics to showcase your success.
* A strong educational background, with a high school diploma at a minimum; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
* Detail-oriented individuals who excel in follow-through and possess a friendly, outgoing personality.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that allow you to connect with clients and contractors alike.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
* Reliable transportation is a must, as this role involves traveling to client locations regularly.
