Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Up to £550 per Week – Immediate Start Location: Secondary School, Dudley Are you a recent graduate with a passion for supporting young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are working with a welcoming secondary school in Dudley seeking a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. This full-time role offers the chance to make a real impact in the lives of students, while also building a strong foundation for a future career in education or SEN support. The Role: Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and dyslexia Assist teaching staff with inclusive lesson delivery and classroom management Help students develop key skills in literacy, numeracy, and social communication Foster a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment Collaborate with SENCOs and teachers to tailor support strategies for individual learners What We’re Looking For: A 2:1 degree or above in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or a related subject A genuine interest in working with secondary-aged students with additional learning needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and adaptability to meet individual student needs Previous experience in an educational or SEN setting is a bonus, but not essential Why Join This School?
