Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team. This is a part-time role designed for someone with a passion for organisation, compliance, and effective communication. You will assist with ensuring customers meet transport and environmental standards, manage our social media presence, and contribute to sales and KPI targets. Please note: This role is based in Sheffield, and applicants must reside in or near Sheffield to ensure accessibility for on-site work and meetings, Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain customer compliance records for transport and environmental regulations. Provide administrative support for compliance audits and reports. Track and report on customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and. Collaborate with the wider team to develop strategies for improving customer compliance and satisfaction. Ensure accurate data management and follow-up on deadlines. Use the company pool vehicle for site visits or business-related errands, if necessary. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Prior experience in transport or environmental management, training available for the right candidate social media management is advantageous but not essential. Full Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using social media platforms and basic office software. Organised: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with customers Attention to Detail: Accuracy in managing compliance records and reports.
