Job Title: Support Care Administrator
Location: Gravesend (Fully Office Based)
Pay: £12.41 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
Term: Temporary for 6 - 8 weeks
About the Role: Office Angels is seeking a dynamic and independent Administrator for a temporary, full-time position. This role is fully office-based with occasional site visits so you must be able to drive. The ideal candidate will be process-driven, able to work on their own initiative, and possess excellent reconciliation skills. Our client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills and can speak to clients with an understanding and kind manner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform a variety of administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.
2. Communicate effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service.
3. Handle reconciliation processes to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
4. Occasional site visits as required.
5. Work independently and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.
6. Data entry, filing, responding to emails.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in an administrative role.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong organisational skills and a process-driven mindset.
4. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
