Our PFI contract provides 128 different professional services on all aspects of Property Management for our client.
In order to continue upholding the high standards and full working order of all buildings on this estate, we are seeking an experienced Deputy Technical Operations Manager to join our leadership team within Colchester. The role will involve the management of the day-to-day delivery of hard FM services in a wide range of situations on a complex site with approximately 140 buildings and 2500 onsite bedrooms.
You will ideally be educated to degree level or have an NVQ Level 5 Electrical certification; however, we would be open to qualifications in similar disciplines. You will also have demonstrable management experience from a hard facilities management background and be proficient in using the CAFM system.
With the confidence and credibility to lead from the front, you will be focused, detailed, possess strong technical competence and good influencing skills. You must be able to communicate at all levels, be analytical, and think strategically.
This will be a site-based role working within the main garrison over 5 days, Monday - Friday. You may also be required to be available to attend call outs as and when required.
Please note that this position will be offered subject to security clearance - this requires a minimum of 3 years residency within the UK.
