Job Description
Salary: £12.89 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£11.50 per hour + £1.39 holiday pay) + Enhancements
Location: Stirling

As a Retail Count Manager, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering end-to-end stock taking services at various client sites. Flexibility is required as shifts may vary and involve travel to different sites, occasionally requiring overnight stays.
Work Schedule: Days: Monday - Sunday (5 in 7 days shift pattern). Hours: Evening/Night shifts.

Person Specification:
* Full Driving License
* Effective communication skills
* Basic IT skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
* Willingness and ability to travel
Note: This role involves prolonged standing, use of step stools and ladders, and working in warehouses or large retail premises with ground and high-level stock. The role requires working unsociable hours, including early mornings and night shifts. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
