The Role:
* Customer service role, contacting customers to arrange appointments.
* Providing a first point of contact service for callers.
* Offering an efficient, responsive and accountable administration service.
* Working with customers and colleagues in fast changing environment.
* Fulfilling data entry tasks.
The Candidate:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Understanding of call centre environment.
* Experience of office procedures.
* Great communication and administration skills.
* Ability to maintain accurate records of information.
SUMMARY:
This is a full-time role, working a 37-hour week over 5 days, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm. This is initially a 6-month position. A DBS is required for this role at Enhanced – Adult/Children level.
