Reporting to the Senior EA/Manager you will be part of the secretariat team committed to supporting the Executive office, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a calm professional demeanour with the ability to prioritise work, ask for assistance when needed and willing to contribute to the well being of the team. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to Executive members, including diary management, inbox organisation, and travel arrangements. Organise and service meetings, committees, and away days, and minute-taking. Draft high-quality correspondence, presentations, and briefing notes for the Executive Team. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, resolving issues or escalating as needed. Manage key projects and ensure timely reporting on outcomes. Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and evaluation systems for effective decision-making. Liaise with Professional Services teams to monitor budgets and create reports. Support high-level partnerships and stakeholder engagement. What We’re Looking For: Strong organisational and communication skills.
