Our Client is on a transformation journey and the Global Procurement function plays a vital role. They are looking for an experienced leader to enhance the Procurement team’s capabilities and engagement. We’re seeking a dynamic Head of Procurement Engagement and Capability to drive the development and implementation of performance management and capability-building programs across our procurement function. Reporting to the VP of Procurement Strategy, you’ll be instrumental in fostering a culture of engagement, managing change initiatives, and developing a robust competency framework for procurement professionals. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and rollout of performance management and capability programs. Drive engagement initiatives within the procurement team. Oversee the development of a competency framework and associated training programs. Manage recruitment and retention strategies, ensuring we attract and keep top talent. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in Learning and Development capability development, ideally within a procurement context. Strong leadership and change management skills. Familiarity with competency models and training program development. While procurement experience is beneficial, it is not essential; industry experience is also not a prerequisite.
