ABOUT THE ROLE
* Review of ISIR and FAIR reports prior to submission
* First point of contact for internal quality concerns
* Investigate Non-conformances, both internal and external and implement CAPA measures
* Compilation and submission of PPAP documents as requested by customers
* Provide inspection support as required (Absence/ Workload)
* Review and approval of concessions prior to submission to customers
* Conduct daily QA audits
* Conduct and lead 8D investigation reports issued by QHSE Manager
* Development of process controls for specific processes
* Generate Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR’s) follow up to ensure effective CAPA are implemented
ABOUT YOU
* Recent / relevant experience in a similar Quality role within metal fabrication / engineering
* Demonstrable understanding of quality management principles, methodologies and core tools
* Precision in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents
* Highly motivated, proactive, team-orientated and outcomes driven
* A flexible approach to be able to adapt to changing and challenging requirements
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to generate innovative concepts and ideas
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
* Ability to remain focused on Quality and consistently reiterate its importance to others
WORKING HOURS
Monday-Friday: Monday – Thursday 0800-1700, Friday 0800-1600 (Finish at 1330 every other Friday)
