This is an exciting new role for an experienced recruiter with experience in an MSP environment to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified contingent workers across various roles and industries.
Utilise multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media and networking events to identify potential candidates.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
Serve as a subject matter expert [SME] for contingent worker recruitment (process, policy, promoting cost-saving initiatives and value-added services of Talent Works)
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations Internationally.
Monitor and manage recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and contingent workforce management.
Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Proficiency in using Vendor Management Systems [VMS] and other recruitment technologies.
