We are seeking a talented Event Logistics Manager to join a leading global technology company on a 12 month fixed term contract.
About the Role
As an Event Logistics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and delivering logistics for a diverse range of events, including conferences, leadership summits, receptions, and more. You will work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless operations and outstanding attendee experiences. The role also involves managing group travel and supporting critical logistics for VIPs and delegates.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
1. Collaborate with the Events Programs team to ensure alignment on event objectives and logistics delivery.
2. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners across multiple projects.
3. Research, identify, and secure venues that meet event requirements while staying within budget.
4. Develop efficient online and onsite registration processes for large-scale events, overseeing delegate accreditation.
5. Coordinate delegate travel, accommodation, and transportation logistics.
6. Create comprehensive communication plans for delegates before, during, and after events.
