While the role isn't strategic, it offers hands-on exposure to a high volume of cases and the chance to develop deep ER expertise. What You'll Be Doing: ?? Robust case management - handling gross misconduct, dismissals, absence management, and complex ER cases. ?? No direct reports - but you'll work closely with line managers to provide coaching and guidance on ER issues. ?? Managing high-volume ER cases in a fast-moving retail setting. ?? Supporting managers with disciplinary, grievance, and absence processes, ensuring compliance with UK employment law. ?? Advising on best practice ER policies to drive consistency and fairness across the business. What We're Looking For: ?? Current HR Advisors who are ready to specialise in ER. ?? Strong experience managing complex ER cases in a retail or multi-site environment. ?? Excellent coaching skills - able to build manager capability in handling ER matters. ?? Confident handling tough conversations and difficult cases. ?? A practical, hands-on approach - not a strategic role, but a crucial one
