This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Retail-FCL in Basingstoke. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring efficiency and quality in processes, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence.

4. Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
5. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
7. Experience in the banking or retail sector is a plus
