About the Role
In this management position, you'll lead compliance initiatives, ensuring the site meets the expectations of customers, retailers, and regulatory bodies. From conducting audits and investigations to delivering impactful training programs, you'll be pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and enforce compliance with industry standards (e.g., Tesco TFS, BRC).
2. Lead complaints investigations, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
3. Support site managers in achieving operational and compliance goals.
4. Organize and manage internal audits, factory tours, and external inspections.
5. Develop and deliver food safety and quality training programs.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
7. Prepare for customer and third-party visits/audits.
Skills & Experience:
8. Strong organisational and presentation skills.
9. IT proficiency, with the ability to produce detailed reports.
10. HACCP Trained (essential).
11. Product and technical experience in the food industry.
12. Excellent attention to detail and an inquisitive mindset.

Requirements:
