The role of an Accounts Administrator:
1. Checking & validating invoices to ensure everything adds up.
2. Keeping our client database up to date - accuracy is key.
3. Data inputting and administrative duties.
4. Helping resolve client and supplier queries.
5. Gathering essential data to support our sales team.
6. Speaking with clients & suppliers.
What we look for in the ideal Accounts Administrator:
1. Maths & English GCSEs (or equivalent).
2. A keen eye for detail.
3. Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel & Outlook).
4. Someone who thrives under pressure and works well in a team.
5. A confident communicator who's happy liaising with clients & suppliers.
