If you're dedicated to delighting customers and promoting growth and innovation - we want you on our team Role We are looking for a Senior SAAS Customer Implementation Engineer to innovate, win and grow with us on our new SaaS Platform As Senior SAAS Customer Implementation Engineer , you will join the FM SaaS Customer Operations team and will notably oversee the onboarding of new customers onto our platform. You will use your experience in managing customer technical implementations projects to improve and automate our onboarding process. Priority and focus of the Senior SAAS Customer Implementation Engineer are related to customer onboarding activities for an efficient, smooth and fast customer onboarding process in order to meet customers objectives How you'll Contribute: Implement configuration control checks to ensure projects adhere to guidelines and consistency between production related environments is maintained. Automate control check for faster feedback loop to program managers Controls configuration after solution upgrades to ensure non-regression. Collaborate with our product team during the design to ensure ease of onboarding. Provide continuous feedback to our product team on possible improvements. Setup additional processes for the customer lifecycle events, such as configuration change and offboarding for instance. Ability to translate business requirements in technical requirements. Create and maintain tools and process related to the point above. Work hand in hand with the program managers and act as the main technical point of contact for the implementation of customer projects on all related production environments. Ensure all customer requirements are met within deadlines. Coordinate/delegate and manage internal tasks with the associated internal departments (infrastructure, network, CAB, etc.) Document and maintain the customers implementations for further references and updates. Participate in the full automation of all implementations across all production related environments; be part of the stakeholders to shape the future implementation tools. Setup and maintain automatic monitoring & alerting along with the dedicated customers implementations. What will make you successful Formal training in Computer Science or IT Experience working with API technologies Comfortable with writing documentation A strong desire to work in a technical environment Ability to work with teams in different geographical regions Comfortable working with new ideas and refining them into business deliverables. Technical skills GitOps, puppet knowledge Kubernetes experience Database knowledge (e.g. MS-SQL, PostgreSQL) Infrastructure as code experience (e.g. Terraform) Elastic experience IAM knowledge Passion for automation, and knowledge of state of the art tools and methodology Configuration management tools Experienced building new puppet manifests to deploy new applications using classes and modules CI/CD tools in production environment Experienced building Gitlab or Jenkins pipelines and ArgoCD or Flux Intermediate scripting languages Bash – Golang - PowerShell – Python – Ruby Working with APIs Windows server administration Docker experience Knowledge in IP Networking Knowledge of ITIL We welcome talent at all career stages and are dedicated to understanding and supporting additional needs.
