Key Accountabilities
1. Technical expert. Build knowledge of all offer set up systems across Food, C&H including UK and ROI.
2. Leading on new propositions. Get involved in scoping meetings for new offer types and understand what the ask is and what is possible.
3. Move trials into business as usual process, when appropriate. Write the process, train the team, and challenge each step for automation improvements.
4. Understand offer set up processes, identify opportunities for simplification or automation at each step.
5. Troubleshooting. Get involved quickly and effectively to support from a Tech point when things go wrong.
Key Skills
1. Technically minded, loves to fix things.
2. Confidence and knowledge to identify improvements and influence others.
3. Builds great business internal and external relationships.
4. MS Office and Office 365 skills.
5. Experience of offer set up systems: OMP (Offers Management Platform), Beanstore, WCS.
