Customer Champion: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their demands and planning how to meet them. Strategic Planning: Ensure accurate forecasting and planning to provide timely information for delivery and finance teams. Market Intelligence: Develop account penetration strategies and share valuable market insights with the business. Your Responsibilities: Be a key member of the Ascom team, motivating and achieving continuous improvements. Execute sales strategies within assigned accounts and meet targets for profitable sales volume. Grow and maintain the existing customer portfolio while qualifying new leads. Manage communication between customers and internal project teams, ensuring trustful relationships. Inform clients of new products and services, recommending solutions that fit their business needs. Prospect for new customers, generate proposals, and participate in bid processes. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in account management or business development, preferably with technology-driven products and services in the healthcare sector. Skills: Strong sales experience with a proven track record in sales execution and value-based solution sales. Knowledge: Excellent understanding of the wireless communication sector and/or clinical solutions environment. Communication: Advanced negotiation and influencing skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
