Essential Requirements: Previous experience as a Registered Manager or in a similar leadership role within a children's residential setting. Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare). In-depth knowledge of children's social care regulations and safeguarding policies.
