The home itself is:
1. Rated at 4's & 5's with CI
2. A medium sized home, circa 45 beds catering for the elderly & those living with dementia
3. Fantastic long standing staff team
4. Set within beautiful grounds, free on site parking located near Blairgowrie.
Main Duties of the Home Manager:
1. To manage the day to day running of the home and staff team ensuring the highest level of care standards are upheld.
2. To be the lead in care inspections & developing the relationships with the local authorities & key stakeholders.
3. To ensure all policies & procedures are followed, managing recruitment, training & financial responsibility for the home.
4. Auditing & health & safety lead along with marketing & occupancy management.
5. An array of other responsibilities & duties.
The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
1. Proven track record of successful home management within the nursing home sector.
2. Sound knowledge of CI and Care Standards.
3. Dynamic & Enthusiastic with fantastic communication skills & experience in good CI grades.
4. Nurse qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD) - Essential.
