Head of Sales- Van Ninja

We have an exciting opportunity for a, results-driven Head of Sales to oversee and optimise sales performance across both field sales and telesales teams while meeting profit targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide strong, daily leadership for both the van leasing field sales and telesales teams.
2. Manage, motivate, and develop the sales teams to ensure maximum performance and career growth.
3. Take an active role in sales by building and managing your own pipeline to drive business success
4. Collaborate with internal teams (fleet, rental, and marketing) to align sales efforts with company goals and ensure compliance with funders requirements in line with consumer duty legislation.
5. Support the New Business team in preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and attending client meetings.
6. Oversee recruitment, training, and induction processes for the sales force.
7. Analyse sales performance and market trends, making data-driven strategic decisions.
8. Drive sales productivity, efficiency, and innovation, in line with Dawsongroup Vans and Van Ninja objectives.
9. Coordinate vehicle deliveries with the fleet team, ensuring customer expectations are met.
