Payroll Manager North Nottinghamshire Contract: Temp to Perm £38 - 42k, depending on experience Monday to Friday We are delighted to be recruiting a detail-orientated & experienced Payroll Manager to join our client who is based in North Nottinghamshire. Duties will include: Running the payroll function for a large, multi-site organisation with a high volume of staff Processing monthly & weekly payroll cycles, BACs payments & payroll changes (starters, leavers, holiday pay, SSP etc) Reviewing, developing & refining payroll procedures using your prior experience Liasing with the HR and wider management team Answering a large volume of payroll queries from employees across the company Submitting UK tax returns including PSA & P11d's Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation Generating reports & uploading enrolment requirements to the pension portal Skills/Experience Required: Previous experience in managing a payroll operation for a large number of employees Experience of processing payroll for casual and temporary workers Detailed understanding of Gross to Net payroll calculations including PAYE/NIC/Pension Thorough knowledge of payroll and HR software, preferably SAGE Confident communication skills and solid experience of working in partnership with managers, 3rd parties and HMRC Flexibility and adaptability Ability to take iniative to implement process changes using prior experience Apply NOW to avoid disappointment Unfortunately, we are unable to contact all candidates due to the large volume of applications we receive.
