Two Rivers High School Our school meets the needs of 270 pupils with special needs including ADHD, autism, speech, language and communication difficulties and social & emotional difficulties. Awarded in January 2019, Two Rivers High School is an Outstanding School for pupils with Special Educational Needs. Purpose of the role We are looking to appoint confident and proactive person to work in a busy office, to provide an effective and professional administration and reception service within school. Using a variety of ICT systems, you will undertake a range of reception and administration duties, assist with pupil attendance and welfare, liaise with parents and help with the arrangements for school trips/events. Required to start as soon as possible. 35hrs/week : Monday-Friday (Term-time only) Salary: £20,260 Key Requirements: NVQ3 or equivalent business and administration qualification and / or work-based experience in a relevant discipline. We are looking for someone who: Has good organisational, planning and prioritising skills; Requires minimum supervision and is methodical with good attention to detail; Is able to work constructively as part of a team; Strong administration skills with the ability to use a variety of ICT systems; Has some knowledge of relevant policies/codes of practice/legislation; Has the ability to relate well to children and adults. First aid training would be an advantage.
