Role Overview What to Expect: Use SAP to manage orders from initial processing to invoicing and dispatch. Respond to online orders via email and e-commerce sites from public sector and commercial scientific organisations across the UK and Ireland. Respond to customer queries, primarily via email, with occasional phone interactions. Manage and resolve price discrepancies. Process complex orders, including bespoke deliveries, special requirements, and specifications. Coordinate with courier companies and clients regarding special delivery requirements. Work closely with internal teams, including finance, logistics, account management, and the US-based manufacturing team. Investigate customer complaints and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance satisfaction. Utilise ChatGPT and AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity. Adhere to ISO standards and procedures.
