The What Our busy Contact Centre located in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire takes between 1200 and 3000 calls a day from our customers and 4000 calls at peak times of the year – that’s why we need highly motivated individuals who can work as part of our team to ensure that every call is answered quickly and professionally. You’ll be selling and advising on our bowling experience to both current and potential customers through incoming and outgoing calls. You’ll recognise their needs to generate additional sales and ensure they receive the best offers. We answer calls from both our UK Hollywood Bowl and Puttstars centres, and also our 6 Splitsville sites in Canada.
