Insight Manager – Qualitative
The role
Want to work for an award-winning agency with industry-leading approaches to flexible and hybrid working, a holistic benefits package and a creative and authentic culture? Where you can develop your career, play to your strengths, and progress quickly? And where you can work in partnership with world-class clients to really make a difference to their innovations and new products, before they hit the shelves?
Welcome to Blue Yonder!
We’re looking for an Insight Manager to join our specialist Qualitative team. You’ll have 4-7 years’ experience in qualitative research and be a capable moderator. If you haven’t worked in R&D research before, that’s not a problem as we’ll give you all the training you need. However, you’ll have an eye for detail, as you help the development of new products, working closely with our clients to guide them to maximize their chances of success.
You’ll manage multiple complex projects, working alongside a Director, with responsibility across the project lifecycle, from screener and discussion guide development to conducting fieldwork, analyzing and report writing, and final debrief. You’ll also work closely with our Video:lab team to produce high-impact video edits – short video stories highlighting the key insights from your work, to drive real impact with clients.
You’ll ensure processes flow smoothly, and that qualitative moderation is top-notch. Hosting sessions, leading online discussions, and penning insightful summaries will be part of your day-to-day. Yet, it doesn’t end there. Clients will look to you as their primary touchpoint, appreciating your commitment to responsiveness and flexibility. You won’t just be their contact but their partner, understanding their business intricacies and advocating for their needs.
The Insight Manager will:
* Manage multiple complex projects
* Be responsible for high quality, commercially focused project outputs
* Ensure smooth running of fieldwork from end-to-end, including qualitative moderation
* Manage and grow client relationships
* Be commercially-focused, with involvement in proposals and financials
* Be a key coach and role model within the team
