About the job For this remote role, we're looking for a Finance Partnerships Manager to join our Finance and Leasing Partnerships team, who are responsible for taking ownership of progressing commercial and strategic relationships with our lender, broker, leasing and rental industry partners and key industry bodies such as the FLA & BVRLA. We have unlocked and developed strong partnerships with all finance partner types via technical integrations and strategic partnerships. These relationships are crucial for our broader strategic and commercial objectives and form a key part of our long-term strategic aims at the core of our business. The role of the team is to develop and grow existing relationships, and to drive new partnerships too, supporting the wider automotive ecosystem through our technology, data, insights, and products, alongside enhancing omni-channel vehicle retailing capabilities for our partners and consumers in the UK As a Finance Partnerships Manager, youâll manage and grow relationships with finance, leasing, broker, and rental partners, driving strategic integrations and supporting our digital retailing journey. Youâll get involved in a range of conversations, from contract negotiations to API integration. This role involves account management, including ongoing performance insights, regular meetings and overall relationship management. You will analyse complex data sets to derive valuable insights, presenting these findings to partners in a clear and impactful way to support decision-making. Working consultatively, you will help finance partners identify opportunities to leverage our product suite, ensuring our solutions align with their business needs. Additionally, you will play a key role in internal projects, representing the lender perspective across various workstreams. The role requires the successful candidate to travel to our London office a t least twice a week. In addition, regular travel to our Manchester and Hemel Hempstead offices are a reality, as is travel to our partners. We value face-to-face interactions with our partners and will prioritise these regularly. You wonât be responsible for a specific geographical location, so the role will require you to travel far and wide within the UK (All travel costs are reimbursed). What we're looking for Strong experience and deep understanding of the vehicle finance industry, including its various partner types (lender/lease/broker) Proven experience of dealing with senior decision makers and C-Suite executives Great communication skills along with the ability to present confidently to large or senior audiences Ability to understand and manipulate complex data sets to create compelling insights Able to build new and nurture existing relationships across a diverse client portfolio Capable of managing multiple priorities and articulating a range of complex solutions, understanding a partner's business and support them in a consultative way Understanding of the broader automotive finance technical landscape, such as the importance of finance brokers and integrators in the automotive finance space Autonomous and comfortable working within a remote team Willing and able to travel to our offices in London, Manchester, Hemel Hempstead, and visit our partner sites across the UK Benefits Weâre offering a salary of £50,000 â £70,000, plus an additional 10% of your salary awarded to you in shares each year. These awarded shares will become yours in yearly instalments over the next three years, and you can choose to either sell them or keep them as shares.
