HR Business Partner Location: Regional (UK-based, with travel required) Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £50,000 - £55,000pa £3600pa Car Allowance Please note sites are across the UK but there is a concentration of sites in the South West, so candidates who are able to easily travel to/in the South West would be best suited. Are you a skilled HR professional with a passion for building strong partnerships and driving impactful people strategies? We’re looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team and provide strategic and operational HR support across a diverse portfolio of sites. This is a full generalist HR role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable navigating complex employee relations issues, and enjoys leading on a wide range of people projects – from TUPE transfers to organisational development initiatives. About You: CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regionally, including occasional overnight stays Strong working knowledge of UK Employment Law Proven experience in a strategic HR role, ideally at Business Partner level Excellent influencing, coaching and relationship-building skills across all levels of seniority Comfortable working independently and making sound judgements in complex situations Experience in safeguarding and regulatory compliance Background in education, healthcare, or childcare environments Why Join?
