What You’ll Do:
* Be the HR Generalist Expert: Provide guidance on benefits, rewards, employee relations, recruitment, and learning & development.
* Drive Employee Engagement: Lead projects such as onboarding, engagement surveys, and process improvements.
* Coach and Support Leaders: Partner with line managers on performance management, including disciplinary processes when needed.
* Contribute to Strategic HR: Play a key role in HR policy updates, performance review processes, and achieving Investors in People re-certification.
