Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months)
RED Global is a world-leading SAP and technology recruitment company with offices in the US, Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, and London.
We are looking for a proactive and self-sufficient Office Manager / Facilities Manager to join us for maternity cover on a 12 month fix term contract to oversee the smooth running of our London office and office refurbishment.
** Experience managing an office reconfiguration project is essential and a non-negotiable **
Office management & administration responsibilities:
* Prior to Office Refurbishment: you will be required to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
* Act as the primary liaison with building management and key suppliers.
* Oversee office refurbishment project management, ensuring smooth execution.
* Maintain and update office policies, including Health & Safety, Fire Safety, and Risk Assessments.
* Manage day-to-day office operations, including front-of-house duties, maintenance, and stock control.
* Ensure Fire Safety and First Aid processes are in place, including evacuation procedures.
* Handle administrative tasks such as expense management, access card control, and postage.
* Organize and track the return of equipment during employee offboarding.
* Plan and schedule internal events, including team incentives such as Directors Club, company meetings, and more.
* Assist with onboarding, including access card creation and meet & greet.
* Support in-office events and ad-hoc requirements.
* During Refurbishment: you will act as the primary contact with temporary office management and expected to attend project meetings related to both the temporary office and refurbishment of 33 Gracechurch Street as required.
* Provide updates on refurbishment progress to key stakeholders.
About you, our NON-NEGOTABLES:
️You will have managed office renovation and refurbishment projects, including liaising with contractors, managing timelines, and ensuring minimal disruption.
️You will have experience working with Design & Build Companies on a large scale (circa. 100+ employees).
️You will have a minimum of 5 years office management experience, in a fast-paced corporate environment.
