A number of outstanding opportunities have arisen for contract positions at our Inchinnan facility. We are looking for multiple Process Operators to join on a 12-month contract. Please note this role is going to be on a rotating shift pattern (mornings, afternoon and nights). On a typical day, as a Process Operator you will be expected to; engage in Health and Safety activity, produce components at the highest Quality, deliver cell performance targets, conduct machine PPM, manage calibration, deliver improvement initiatives, and adopt development roles. As a Process Operator you will: Visually inspect components to a visual standard. Loading and unloading various process equipment. Feeding back information to Manufacturing Engineer and team Maintaining our excellent quality standards, being an integral part of our manufacturing process. Work within strict HS&E guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe environment. Working as part of a team to deliver customer needs in a high volume, target driven environment to follow processes and procedures to a standard as already defined. Qualifications & Experience: Ability to work a multi-shift pattern including nights (payment included in rate offering) An up-to-date working knowledge of health, safety (including COSHH) and environmental procedures. As a Process Operator you will have the experience of working in a Manufacturing Environment (ideally working in an operator role within in a volume manufacturing environment with experience of working with Nickel and Steel Alloys). Ability to read and interpret design drawings/manufacturing instructions would be desirable. We work within a cutting-edge manufacturing facility, so a basic IT knowledge is essential.
