Sketchley Schools (Sketchley, Forest House and Progression) are recruiting for a Qualified Counsellor to join our growing therapy team across our 3 sites. We are looking for enthusiastic, caring, and passionate people to become an integral part of our therapy team. The successful candidate will join our multi-disciplinary team, which may suit someone experienced in a special needs environment or newly qualified.

This role will include working at all three schools.
The successful candidate will be registered and will hold a BSc or profession-specific equivalent qualification, along with the following characteristics:
1. Resilience: We support some of the most vulnerable children in society who have varying degrees of emotional behavioural difficulties, autism, ADHD and associated difficulties so there will be times where your resilience is challenged.
2. Communication: Communicating with our young people is vital to understand their needs. Good teamwork and communication play a key part in ensuring important information is relayed to other staff.
