What Youll Be Doing

* Notifying customers promptly about any identified damage and obtaining re-charge authorisations when necessary.
* Responding to customer and internal queries efficiently, ensuring effective communication with relevant departments.
* Handling telephone queries within the fleet department with professionalism and efficiency.
* Completing general administrative tasks to support the team.
