Commercial Sales Executive
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 DOE + Bonus

Hours:- Monday to Friday
The Commercial Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through securing and managing sponsorship deals, commercial partnerships, and other revenue-generating initiatives. This role demands a dynamic individual with a strong background in sales, marketing, and relationship management within the sports industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sponsorship Acquisition:
1. Identify and pursue potential sponsorship opportunities with local, national, and international brands.
2. Develop compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations tailored to prospective partners.
3. Negotiate sponsorship agreements to maximize revenue and ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Partnership Management:
4. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing sponsors and partners.
5. Ensure the fulfilment of sponsorship agreements, including branding, hospitality, and promotional activities.
6. Conduct regular reviews with partners to assess performance and explore opportunities for renewal or expansion.
Commercial Strategy:
7. Develop and implement the club’s commercial strategy to drive revenue growth.
8. Identify new commercial opportunities and innovative revenue streams.
9. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment and execution of commercial initiatives.
Event Coordination:
10. Plan and execute sponsorship and commercial events, including matchday activations, sponsor hospitality, and community outreach programs.
11. Coordinate with the events team to ensure seamless delivery and maximum sponsor engagement.
Market Research and Analysis:
12. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities.
13. Analyze commercial performance data and provide insights to inform decision-making.
Marketing and Promotion:
14. Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns that highlight sponsor partnerships and commercial activities.
15. Ensure sponsors receive appropriate visibility across the club’s marketing channels, including social media, website, and in-stadium signage.
Reporting and Administration:
16. Prepare regular reports on sponsorship performance and commercial activities.
17. Manage sponsorship budgets and financial tracking.
18. Ensure all contracts and agreements are documented and filed appropriately.
