Your Role:
As a Hire Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our dynamic operations team, ensuring our modular buildings reach our customers smoothly and efficiently. From handling logistics to supporting our engineers, this role offers a blend of administration, coordination, and customer interaction. This is your chance to be a vital part of our story!
Please note: Due to the location of this depot, you will need a full driving license and your own transport.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Contract Administration: Accurately scan and attach all customer-specific documents (UCS's) to their respective contracts.
* Returns & Charges: Identify and record any charges upon return of hired equipment; liaise with customers to obtain purchase orders and manage collections.
* Engineer Scheduling: Arrange job schedules for our engineer, ensuring all work is completed to Wernick’s high standards.
* Material Orders: Place orders for essential materials and supplies, ensuring our engineers are fully equipped for each project.
* On and Off Hire Reports: Maintain comprehensive records of equipment hires and returns, tracking usage, and availability.
* Delivery & Collection Coordination: Follow up on delivery and collection notes to ensure all materials reach the right place, at the right time.
Skills and Expertise:
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with an excellent telephone manner.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to use our in-house CRM system
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
* A proactive approach to customer service and relationship-building.
* A background in a similar role within the construction or hire industry would be an advantage
