Gleesons has been partnered with a National Business looking for a Multi-Site Manager. This role will head up their flagship site within the UK.
This role is best suited to a professional who is looking to grow within a fast-moving business while having control over their development.

The Duties:
1. Taking full accountability for the entire site, including daily interactions with brand partners and customers, focusing on key SLAs and cost management.
2. Driving a culture of continuous improvement to achieve better outcomes for customers, proactively identifying improvements without external prompts.
3. Building and nurturing cross-functional relationships with both internal and external customers to foster mutual trust, understanding, and respect.
4. Collaborating closely with external customers to ensure all agreed SLAs are met and aligned with their expectations.
5. Leading weekly meetings with Retail Regional Managers to review forecasts, discuss processes, and coordinate action steps as needed.
6. Cultivating a customer-focused culture that aligns with our customer promise and guiding principles.
7. Providing strong, inspiring leadership to the operations team through clear communication, objective setting, and performance management.
8. Focusing on colleague engagement to enhance performance and championing workplace diversity.
9. Working collaboratively with departments such as fleet services and health & safety to ensure 100% regulatory compliance in all site operations.
10. Actively managing the operations & transport recruitment needs with accountability for all management positions and ensuring a positive candidate experience for new hires.
11. Taking a strategic approach to financial budgeting, forecasting, and planning for the region.
12. Ensuring the management team effectively addresses all people-related issues with the appropriate support from the People team.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Multi-site or Flagship site Experience 2 years+
2. Operations & Transport Management experience 4 years+
3. P&L Experience
4. Stakeholder Management
5. Experience within (Home Delivery - 2-Man, Retail & FMCG)
