Sales Development Representative - SaaS - Leeds (Hybrid 2-3 days per week in Office)
Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and expanding the company's customer base.
Experience working for a Software or IT Consultancy business is essential.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and qualify potential customers through research, cold calling, and email outreach
* Generate and nurture leads, setting up meetings between prospects and sales executives
* Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
* Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments
Requirements
* 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proficiency in CRM software
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in SaaS or Software sales essential
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
* Experience in Cybersecurity (Cyber Security), IT Security, Penetration Testing, GRC, CRM, ERP, Accounting or Finance Software or other SaaS vendor software preferred
