We are seeking a strong customer service candidate for the credit control department of this highly successful business based on the Wrexham Industrial Estate. Excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing business who offer career progression.
Day to day your role will involve but not be limited to:
1. Calling to existing customers regarding their accounts.
2. Emailing and producing follow up letters for business customers.
3. Agreeing realistic (based on customer income & expenditure) and sustainable payment plans or lump sum payments in line with company directives.
4. Always adhering to a high level of customer service.
5. Adhering to company procedure and policy in line with best practice.
In order to be considered for this role you must:
1. Have excellent phone based customer service and/or collections experience.
2. Be able to show empathy but also communicate necessary actions.
3. Be a good problem solver and communicator.
4. Have administration skills in order to complete after call paperwork.
In return, you can expect a first year's remuneration of £25,000 pa working Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:00.
