Life Sciences Consulting Manager £80,000 - £100,000 up to 20% bonus benefits London - hybrid I am working with a boutique life sciences consultancy, who are looking for a Manager to join them in their London office. They are a global consulting firm that provide a range of strategic and operational advice to their clients. They also have a heavy presence in the US; their London-based consultants also serve US-based clients from the UK. Typical projects that they would work on include: Commercial strategy Corporate strategy Transaction advisory - buy- and sell- side Organisational design and efficiency Procurement Operating model Clinical trials and outcomes Operational excellence Cost transformation Market access At Manager grade, you will also be expected to be engaged in sales; therefore, previous experience in sales within a consultancy is required. Requirements: More than 6 years experience in management consulting Is currently at top end of senior consultant, or manager level Experience in a top-tier consulting firm Heavy experience with life sciences/pharma/biotech clients is a bonus; ideally you have worked on a few projects in this space within your career but industry alignment is not a requirement Desire to specialise in life sciences Strong consulting skills eg analytical skills, project planning, running workshops, managing c-suite stakeholders, managing workstreams The logistics: My client offers a salary of £80,000 - £100,000, dependent on experience, with prosperous company benefits. They also add an extra £400 a month as a wellbeing allowance to expense as you choose, as well as a £100 a month connectivity support to pay for all phone bills etc. This role is Central London based, with WFH flexibility.
