We make it easy to find the right tyre by connecting consumers to trusted retailers where they can make their purchase.
* We are expanding quickly, having recently launched our first consumer-facing website in Germany, with ambitious plans for further growth and innovation in the tyre industry.
Role Overview
* We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Growth Director. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of DriverReviews and supporting the expansion of our platform.
* Based in our Edinburgh office (4 days per week, with 1 day working from home), you’ll play a key role in shaping our performance marketing campaigns, increasing customer engagement, and driving platform growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Traffic Generation and Performance Marketing: Oversee the Google Suite (Analytics, Ads, Looker Studio dashboards) to drive traffic, optimise ad campaigns, and maximise ROI. Collaborate with external PPC agencies to execute paid media strategies while monitoring and analysing key performance metrics. Use insights from data to refine marketing activities and achieve KPIs such as traffic, engagement, and retailer referrals.
* Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of highly targeted marketing campaigns, merchandising, partner campaigns, product launches, retail media partnerships and special offers.

* Content Management and SEO: Work with internal design teams, product teams and external agencies and partners to ensure all content adheres to DriverReviews and partner brand guidelines, supports our SEO strategy to drive organic visibility and is always simple, relevant and engaging for our consumers to maintain our differentiated user experience and brand DNA.
* Collaboration & Management: Work closely with the Product team and DriverReviews' international colleagues, while managing relationships with external digital and content marketing agencies to maximise the impact of DriverReviews’ demand generation activities.
* Measurement and Reporting: Work with insight specialists to manage, and present performance dashboards and marketing reports.
About You

Skills & Experience
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant commercial work experience in digital marketing or platform growth.
* Demonstrable commercial experience and strong knowledge of marketing concepts, strategies, and channels.
* Proven experience in Paid Search campaign management (Google Ads, Shopping, and Merchant Centre).
* Ability to analyse large data sets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
* Experience with website content management systems (CMS).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with key marketing KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and performance measurement tools.
* Tech-savvy, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel).
* German or Spanish speaking skills would be beneficial.
Benefits
* Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
* Hours: Normal hours of work are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with a one-hour lunch break
