The Hotel SalesManager plays a crucial role in driving the revenueof the hotel by leading the sales team and ensuring effective salesoperations. They establish sales targets provide guidance to theteam and monitor their performance. This role requires strongcommunication and negotiation skills as well as the ability toanalyse market trends and develop innovative salesstrategies.
The role is based full time at ourproperty at Brands Hatch Longfield Kent and includes cross sellingopportunities for our partner hotels in Heathrow &Colchester
Responsibilities
* Developand implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue andoccupancy goals
* Build and maintainrelationships with clients identifying opportunities for upsellingand crossselling
* Negotiate contracts andagreements with clients and ensure compliance withterms
* Collaborate with the marketing team todevelop and execute promotionalcampaigns
* Monitor market trends competitoractivities and customer preferences to staycompetitive
* Lead and motivate the sales teamproviding guidance training andfeedback
* Prepare sales reports and forecastsanalysing data to identify areas forimprovement
* Undertake field research toidentify opportunities within the market for futurebusiness
* Visit clients offices to managerelationships and promote hotel services /amenities
* Attend industry events and networkingopportunities to generate leads and buildconnections
Salary: 3540kbased on experience 40 hourcontract

Qualifications
* Bachelorsdegree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or arelated field preferable
* Proven experience inhotel sales or a related sales role
* Strongnegotiation and communication skills
