Social Media and Content Manager (B2B)
3 month contract
£250-350 per day inside IR35 paid via umbrella only
Full time in London offices
This is such an exciting opportunity to work inhouse at a well known tech brand! I am supporting them in finding a creative and strategic, hands on and results oriented Social Media and Content Manager (B2B) who will report into B2B Marketing Lead and will work closely with B2B Marketing Managers to deliver engaging content strategy and day-to-day management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for B2B storytelling, a keen understanding of B2B facing cross-channel content strategy, the ability to manage B2B social media channels (organic and paid performance) that cut through algorithms and deliver above industry standards performance. The Social Media and Content Manager will play a pivotal role in building awareness and consideration amongst our sellers and creators about our unique proposition, ensure consistency in messaging and linear content story flow.
Core Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive (paid and organic) digital content strategy aligned with overall marketing and brand objectives across our owned B2B social media channels.
1. Content Calendar:
- Based on strategic content pillars, develop and execute SM content calendars, ensuring a consistent story flow of content across platforms.
1. Content Planning and Development:
- Support in creating and developing diverse and engaging content across all SM channels when and if required

1. Analysis and Reporting
1. Community management
Job Requirements
- B2B social Media guru: strategy planning, content creation/production and day to day content performance management, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content types.
- Knowledge and experience in running paid social campaigns that deliver above average performance rates (content boosting etc.)
- Ability to analyze data and take prompt/corrective actions that help improve content performance across social media channels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Very organized and result driven, able to perform at a fast pace
