What you’ll do at Elekta
As a Finance Business Analyst for the Linac and Software Solutions business line of Elekta, you’ll provide insightful in-depth financial performance analysis while working alongside the Business Controllers. Your role will involve supporting month-end reporting, business planning, and financial reporting processes.
This is a 6-month fixed-term position (extension is possible but not guaranteed).
Responsibilities
1. Analyse financial data and provide reporting and recommendations to support business decisions.
2. Work with the wider Finance team of the business line to deliver the business planning process.
3. Preparation of month-end close reporting packages.
4. Support business intelligence development initiatives to drive improvement in BI insights and build narratives for non-finance stakeholders.
5. Support financial analysis for various business line initiatives.
6. Act as a business partner to the commercial organization.
What You Bring
This is a fixed-term role, ideal for a candidate who is eager to learn and develop while also being a self-starter and a valuable team contributor. To be a great fit, we believe you should have:
* Degree in Finance or Business.
* Qualified or part-qualified professional finance qualification.
* Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English to be able to document, visualize, and convey messages in an impactful way to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
* Analytical skills: strong capacity in structuring and simplifying complex issues and handling and interpreting large datasets.
* Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions.
* Previous experience with QlikSense would be preferable but not essential.
