CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR - WEST MOLESEY - C£25K DOE - CONTRACT
My client based in West Molesey has a very well established and enviable reputation both in the UK and internationally. They are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to cover a maternity leave contract for the next year, with the possibility of this role becoming a permanent position.
The hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. This will be a hybrid role, potentially working 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
Working as part of my client's busy Customer Services team, this role involves:
1. Processing, progressing, and managing orders for commercial and distribution customers.
2. Providing order support for the showroom sales teams.
Many of the orders are with repeat customers, and building good relationships through efficient and professional service is essential. Attention to detail and good communication skills are important. The ideal candidate would work well as part of a team but be able to work efficiently with little supervision. The ability to work under pressure and prioritize efficiently is required, as well as a flexible approach.
