You must be able to demonstrate strong Automotive experience within Sales, F&I and Management, and bring enthusiasm and passion to every aspect of this role as we strive to be the number 1 Vauxhall dealership in the UK Please note for this role Motor Trade experience essential/mandatory Responsibilities Identifying appropriate funding and insurance options for customers based on requirement and individual suitability, whilst maintaining excellent levels of compliance and commitment to treating customers fairly. Understand all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations to ensure accurate information is given when negotiating a vehicle sale You will also monitor finance and insurance performance against expectation, whilst maintaining a compliant sales process You will work with management to coach and develop the skills of the team to achieve business objectives.
