The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide one-on-one or small group support to pupils. Assist with the development of learning plans tailored to individual needs. Support pupils in their academic, social, and emotional development. Foster a positive and engaging learning environment. This position is ideally full-time, but we are open to 3 or 4 days a week for the right candidate.
