HR Advisor
Brand new role due to internal promotion.
This position would suit someone who is looking for the next step up into a role which will offer more exposure to a varied HR role working in a business with multiple sites across the globe.
A proven ability to listen, learn, and contribute to the overall HR team is essential to the role.
The role will be varied covering all HR responsibilities, advising and guiding managers, supporting with policy implementation, working with line managers on best practices, building relationships internally and with external suppliers, and supporting health and safety coordination.
You will also be involved in recruitment and selection and working daily with line managers to support head office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a long-standing organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an HR department with good solid organizational and administrative skills, some exposure to employee relations, and the confidence to communicate and build effective relationships. CIPD level 3 or above is ideal and a keen and willing approach to learn.
