The Role
Code Development: Writing, testing and maintaining high quality, scalable, and efficient code.
Code Review: Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Problem Solving: Diagnosis and resolving complex technical challenges and system bugs. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, refine and clarify requirements around BPM changes and migration from 11g to 12c.
Project Planning: Assisting in sprint planning, estimation of tasks and prioritizing development efforts.
Technology Evaluation: Evaluating and recommending tools, frameworks, or technologies to improve efficiency or solve problems around Fusion Middleware BPM.
Testing: Writing and maintaining unit, integration and automated tests of required.
Documentation: Ensuring proper documentation for code bases, API’s and system designs.
Process Improvements: Advocating for and implementing development best practices, including CI/CD, DevOps and agile methodologies. Enhance Customer Experience and Reduced processing time around retail lending
Key responsibilities:
* Analyze the existing 11g application to identify deprecated features, incompatible components and potential issues in 12c. Clear understanding of changes required for compatibility.
* Configuration of JDeveloper12c integrated env for WebLogic for unit testing and development tasks.
* Migration of BPM applications from 11g env to 12c env.
* Seamless integration of dependencies post migration.
* Modifying existing code to align with the 12c’s updated features and address deprecated APIs or tags.
* Design and Model end to end business process and existing business processes using Oracle BPM Studio pr process Composer.
* Creating Business Process Execution Language(BPEL) workflows and BPMN diagram.
* Testing and debugging.
* Deployment and Support.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
* Proficiency in Oracle BPM tools such as Oracle BPM Studio, Process Composer and Oracle Enterprise Manager.
* Experience in designing BPMN workflows.
* Expertise in designing and implementing BPEL workflows and integrating them with Oracle SOA Suite.
* Knowledge of Service orchestration and coordination.
* Experience with SOAP and Restful web services, XML, WSDL, XSLT and JSON.
* Ability to configure Oracle Business Rules and implement dynamic decision-making logic.
* Proficiency in Oracle Database, SQL and PL/SQL
* Good to have experience in WebLogic servers, OSB and SOA Suites.
* Good to have knowledge on OSB/SOA/BPEL/BPM 11g and 12c
* Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager for monitoring and debugging BPM workflows.
* Understanding of Process lifecycle phases, including design, deployment, execution and monitoring and improvements.
* Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
Familiar with Oracle ADF, HTML, CSS
